Year R and Nursery

Our two Foundation classes offer warm, happy and caring environments where children can be free to discover and learn at their own pace. Our strong Christian family ethos supports pupils growth and our team of experienced and well-qualified staff are committed to looking after the individual needs and well-being of all our pupils. This enables them to become confident, active and independent learners.
Our creative curriculum is wide and varied and we believe that children learn by doing and are enabled through investigative activities, with a strong emphasis on both directed and free play.
We make the most of our wonderful surroundings by enjoying regular visits to St Georges Church and the Naval Dockyard.

We welcome and encourage parental involvement within our Foundation Classes. We believe our team includes the children, parents and staff, working together to provide a happy, caring, and supportive environment.
